Woodbridge early hours fire in St Edmunds Close saw six fire crews attend – as force remains at scene

Firefighters are at the scene after a fire in Woodbridge during the early hours of today.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to two properties in St Edmunds Close at 4.07am.
A total of six engines helped to dampen the flames.
A spokeswoman for the service said no one was at either premises at the time, with one being derelict and the other occupied.
The fire has been put out but crews remain at the scene to keep watch.
