Ipswich-based legal firm Kerseys Solicitors move into new larger Felixstowe premises

An Ipswich-based legal firm is set to move into a vacant unit in Felixstowe town centre.

Kerseys Solicitors will be upsizing from its small unit at 10 Victoria Street to its new home at 87 Hamilton Road, which formerly housed MENTA’s @Inc’s co-working hub.

The newly-refurbished site opens tomorrow (June 5).

Before MENTA moved into the Hamilton Road site, it was home to Yours clothing store, which shut in April 2022.

It has been let to Kerseys by Penn Commercial.
